Use lobby claims renew PATH --lease ID to extend the same live lease. Active
runner turns maintain explicit claims automatically; release with the acquisition
lease ID. Reacquiring instead creates a new lease ID. A conflicting live claim
returns an error; inspect claims before retrying.
